March 01 - TRUST -It has been a while since my last post.
No apologize to anyone because no one is monitoring my blog, or RSS'ed my blog anyway.

I finally accepted the fact that, there are situations that will remain bad no matter how hard you have tried to rectify it.
I found it so true that, trust is something so unique, once you break it, you will no longer gain it anymore, regardless how much efforts you have tried to put in.

I will not force you to trust me.
I just wanted to let you know that, there is no reason for me to lie.
December 17 刮目相看许许多多的话语。。。
说多了,听多了,变得不再动听,也没有说服力。。。
一再重复的承诺,可能对你而言只是一场闹剧。。。
但是,我会用实践去证明我的坚决与认真。。。

时常觉得自己很多嘴,很八卦,什么事都要插把口。。。
也不知道是为了什么。。。
是想要表现自己,还是纯粹多管闲事呢?
很多时候,是纯粹多管闲事;但是对你,是纯粹的关心,绝对的在意。。。
November 29 结局 - 过程很多时候,我们总是听到这一句对失败者的安尉。。。“结局其实不代表什么;享受过程才是最重要啦”
我一点也不认同这样的说法。。。
如果结局是不重要的,那为什么要去实践过程呢?
如果结局是不重要的,那为什么要去享受过程呢?
辛辛苦苦的经营,日日夜夜的付出,那是为了什么?不就是为了一个梦寐以求的结局吗?
这是一句我经常说的话,“我不管用什么方法,只要不是伤天害理;我要的是结果,我想要的结果。”
现在的我,只想一心一意地去争取我想要的结局,的结果。。。
心无旁骛,朝目标前进。。。“多说话;多做事”
November 24 Bad Experience!Okay, i am just a normal guy that always craving for good food.
I don't mind paying for good food, but the combination of good food, good environment and good services will definitely make my day, a very good day.
I don't usually comment on restaurants, except for the extreme cases, the best or the worst.
Thursday, my colleagues and I went to this German restaurant, @The Curve for the pork knuckle, sausages and beer! (Get to know this place from some food blogs).
Well, the ambience and deco was good, the food taste good as well, but one thing dissapointed me the most, which deter me from visiting this place again, the bad service quality i came across.
The waiter, or captain or the owner, not quite sure (Doesn't look like Malaysian) that is taking our order is not professional at all,
1. He is not paying any attention while we are ordering the food, as if i am talking to the wall or air.
2. We wanted to get some beer, but the lady usually don't drink too much, so we decided to get two cups of half liter beer, with additional cups so that each of us can have a taste of the beer. The guy basically just ignore our request and just telling us to get four beer (0.33 liter per glass), forcefully. Okay, the last time i went to this restaurant, the nice waitress can just get me a half liter beer with three cups, so any problem on our simple request?
3. We ordered a platter, one pork knuckle and a sausage combo. The pork knuckle and sausages served and we started our dinner, and finish up quite hastily. While we are grabbing the pork knuckle and sausages, we are wondering why the platter, suppose to serve as appetizer was not served, maybe German take appetizer after main course? After a while, we decided to get the someone to check the order for us, the waiter who toke our order came to us and tell us "I think there is some mis-communication, I only received two orders from you." in a very unfriendly manner.
Well, i am pissed off, darn pissed off, while I am placing my order, you don't pay any fu*king attention, don't even borther to take down my order and thought you are good enough to memorize all my orders, I have specifically pointed to you that i want the platter, for twice!!! And yet you are telling me that there is some mis-communication?
I am not sure whether this is a good way to serve customer, maybe you are not in the mood, or maybe I am not really an important business to you. But, i do think that, if you are working in a servicing line, please serve your customer properly and sincerely, i don't really give a fu*k whether you are in a good mood or what not, I pay for my meal and i want to be served well. If this is the way i suppose to be treated in your restaurant, I don't even want to step in to your restaurant anymore, and i will definitely share this bad experience with my friends and every blogger.
I always rate a good restaurant with the following equation,
Good Restaurant = Good Food + Good Ambience + Good Services + Good Price
(Good Food = Good Services) > Good Ambience > Good Price
Good Services is as important as Good Food, if you are not able to provide good services, please do something to improve it.
I will NEVER step into this restaurant again, and I will NOT RECOMMEND any of my friends to this restaurant, not anymore. |
